Post-Secondary Institutions offer monies to students entering their first year. Most institutions are now automatically making offers based on grade point average on the application for admission. Major entrance scholarships still require an application form, and to be eligible marks in the 90% range in addition to major community involvement is required. Information is always available on the university’s or college’s website.

Any students interested in applying for the UBC Major Entrance Scholarship for either the Vancouver or Okanagan campus should see Mr. Schutz to pick up an application form to be nominated.  Argyle can only nominate 6 students.  All nomination applications are due to Mr. Schutz by January 19th.  Please refer to the UBC awards website for more information regardin the criteria for this award.
