Accessing Service Desk Express
To log an incident, ie. make a request for assistance from IT Services, begin by opening your web browser, go to https://service.nvsd44.bc.ca/helpdesk/ and login using the assigned Client ID and Password OR go to the North Vancouver School District home page and click on Login>Service Desk Express.
Whiteboard tickers are messages scrolling at the top of the screen to notify users of known issues in IT. It is possible to pause it, stop it or play it by pressing on the appropriate buttons to the right.
