Incidents Management

Click on the Incident Management tab.
 

View:  Incidents can be viewed as logged by either the client, or the department.

Open:  Click on the pulldown menu to show Open, Closed or Open and Closed incidents.

Filter by:  Incidents can also be filtered Incident #, Open Date & Time, Incident Description, Incident Resolution, or by Category Description. Enter a keyword to better filter results.
 
Click the OK button to activate the Filter.

Incidents can also be sorted by double-clicking on column headings (does not work for Incident Description and Incident Resolution.

Note: Dept (Department) means location.
