Change Password

To change a password, click on the Support tab. Enter a new password in the appropriate field and confirm by entering it a second time. Once done, click on Submit.

 

Logoff

To log off, click on Logoff.

Help

Access the Help menu by clicking on the button at the top right corner.
Note: Many of the features in the Help menu are not enabled at present.

Other

There are more features yet to be implemented in Self Service. One of these is the Quick Ticket. This is based on a template yet to be set up. Over time you may notice additional items become available.
