 In the Content Editor there is sometimes a message 'The current item has reached maximum allowed number of versions'.  That message can be ignored.  The most recent version will be published.

For those Secondary schools that are using the new Sitecore interface ...

New sections must be created as a template that contains the extension ION  (ie: School_Section_ION or Document_School_ION).  If those options are not immediately available with a right click then select Insert from Icon and available templates will be listed.
