HOMEWORK:
Humanities 8 (3/4): 1) Finish The Outsiders Chapter 10 questions - due Wednesday, February 8
2) Compound Sentence Review Activity" - due Wednesday, Feb. 8
Compound Sentence Practice (as needed) - If you do not finish the practice sentences and activities that I give you in class, these are homework. Likewise, if you struggle with these, use your compound sentences notes and practice writing your own compound sentences as needed for you to master this concept. - ON-GOING
4) Feudalism Quiz - Wednesday, February 8 (This is on the basics of feudalism and does not include the specifics about the lives of the peasants, the three-field system, etc.)
5) Outsiders Unit Project - on-going work; due date to be officially assigned, but the students have been told it will be due at the end of February.
Marks for Term 2:
I will post assignments here once they have been marked; your child should have these marks recorded in their agenda planner or on the "Marks Sheet" they have created in their binder.
Your student should have all of the Term 1 assignments (plus their own mark) recorded in their binder by Friday, December 16; this is theri mark for their Term 1 work. If your student cannot show you this, you may e-mail me and I will respond in January.

I can see that there are many of you who do not check the website despite my reminders to do so.) b) Two rough copies (one per topic times two topics) plus one good copy narrative essay for marks - January 9 c) Green editing sheet and white editing package also to be collected on January 9 2) (Much Ado About Nothing ) MAAN Act IV questions - Wednesday, Feb. 8 3) Dogberry worksheet - due Friday, Feb 10 4) MAAN Unit Project (performances / films / Powerpoint) - due the end of February (specific date TBA)
