PAC Constitution
| I. |
NAME: |
The name of the Association shall be the Windsor Secondary School Parents' Advisory Association.
|
| II. |
OBJECTIVES: |
The objectives of the Association shall be: |

(a)
(b)
(c)
(d) |
to serve as the established parents' advisory council, as described in the School Act, for Windsor Secondary School.
to advise the board and the principal and staff of the school respecting any matter relating to the school.
to promote a unity of purpose between the school and the community.
to raise funds for the school's curricular and extra-curricular programs.

| III. |
DISSOLUTION: |
In the event of dissolution of the Association, any funds of the Association remaining after the satisfaction of its debts and liabilities shall be given to the Board of Trustees of School District #44, North Vancouver. |
