    a.  To use the fillable online form - go to http://www.nvsd44.bc.ca/default.aspx  In the middle of the page under Instructional Initiatives & Resourses - select Distributed Learning (DL).  In the top left corner select the 2012-2013 Registration Information Link.  Select item number 1 to complete the form online.  Complete all 3 pages and then print it.  The form must then be signed by the student, parent and grade counsellor.
