PASSPORT TO EDUCATION
The BC Government offers the Passport to Education as an incentive to students. At the end of the school year, students in Grades 10 – 12 are eligible to receive a Passport to Education stamp. Based on school’s September 30 enrollment, 9000 stamps per grade are distributed to schools in British Columbia.
Grade 10 $250 Grade 12 $500
Grade 11 $250 (Possible Total of $1000)
Eligibility and Criteria:

Full time attendance public school or Group 1, 2, or 4 Independent School
·
Must be a Canadian Citizen or a Landed Immigrant
·
Based mostly on course marks and up to 1/3 on school determined factors for Grades 10’s and 11’s
·
Redeemable at post-secondary institutions.
For up to five years after graduation, you may present your passport for a reduction of tuition or related educational costs at post-secondary institutions or job training programs approved by the Ministry of Advanced Education and Job Training. You are responsible for the safekeeping of your own Passport Book.
