ENROLLMENT AND WITHDRAWAL

In order to change courses, withdraw from courses, or to withdraw from school, students must see a counsellor to complete the process.  Parents will be contacted.

RECEPTION, ASSESSMENT AND PLACEMENT CENTRE

For students new to Sutherland, you must contact the reception centre to make an appointment:

Hours are Monday to Friday from 8:30am-3:00pm.

When you come for your interview, please bring the originals of the following documents:

Passport & Immigration Papers (if not born in Canada)

Birth Certificate

Health Records

School Reports

Hydro bill (if Hydro is included in your rent, please bring a letter from your landlord stating this, and a copy of their hydro bill).

Purchase agreement

*Parents must come with the student(s). 

Appointments take approximately one hour, if English assessment in required.

A Translator must come if parents do not speak English.
