Book fairs are a significant source of funding for our school library. Often a French Book Fair is held at our school early in the school year, and then an English Book Fair occurs around Christmastime. Sometimes another English book fair is held near the end of the school year to help families prepare for a summer of exciting reading. Hosting a book fair is a lot of work, but less so with a team approach.

Volunteers are needed to help with:

• set up of the fair (the Friday afternoon before the fair)

• for shifts - before school, at lunch, after school - to handle the cash table

• for take-down of the fair (the Friday afternoon after the fair)
