Grad Requirements for this Year’s Yearbook

DEADLINE: JANUARY 25^th, 2010

Words: 125 (please no more or we reserve the right to edit)

You may send us a hard copy or a email attachment (preferable) send email attachments to seycovegrad2010@hotmail.com please title your attachment with your son or daughters name (i.e. MaggieEldonbabydedication.doc)

Please SAVE AS A WORD.DOC NOT .DOCX (some of our computers do not open newer word documents)

Note: This year’s yearbook theme is “What’s your vision?” In staying with this theme you might consider where you see your son/daughter 10 years into the future.

Baby Photo (optional)

Make sure to have your son or daughters first and last name on each photo to guarantee return if you are sending in hard copies.

Alternately, if it is easier for you, you may send in a high quality jpeg or tiff and we can use that!

Send electronic submissions to the same email as baby dedications as an attachment.

Please title photos as your son or daughter’s name followed by the word baby (i.e. MaggieEldonbaby.jpg)

If you are sending baby dedication/photos, please include $15 (if sent in before December 15^th, $20 anytime after) cash or cheque, made out to “Seycove” if you would like your son or daughter’s photo and dedication published and their book personalized! (Personalized only if we receive this complete package by January 25^th, 2010)

(Required) 2 pictures for grad processional when your son or daughter walks across the stage at the end of the year (no more than 2 please). Place hard copies in an envelope or send electronic submissions to this email address: seycove2010@hotmail.com. Please title photos as your son or daughter’s name (i.e. MaggieEldon.jpg)

PLEASE DO NOT send baby photos/dedications to this address…only the 2 grad processional photos.

Every graduating student MUST complete and hand in this form to the blue box in the office before January 25^th!
