The following procedures for registration and transfer requests are in effect for the 2011/2012 school year.  These procedures are consistent with North Vancouver School District's Policy 605: Admission of Students. 

Priorities for student placement are dependent upon place of residence as well as meeting registration and transfer deadlines.  Please refer to School Catchment Areas to determine the school catchment for your place of residence.

The following dates are in effect for the 2011/2012 school year:

January 12, 2011 7:00 p.m.	Kindergarten Parent Information Meeting Lucas Centre Gymnasium 2132 Hamilton Avenue, North Vancouver BC (north of Capilano Mall)
January 24, 2011	Registration for all kindergarten programs begins
January 26, 2011 7:00 p.m.	Late French Immersion Information Meeting for Grade 5 students and parents Leo Marshall Curriculum Centre 810 West 21st Avenue, North Vancouver BC (north of Capilano Mall)
January 31, 2011	Registration and transfer requests for Grades 1 to 12 begin
March 11, 2011	Deadline for priority placement consideration of registrations for Kindergarten to Grade 12 including Late French Immersion
April 1, 2011	Deadline for priority placement consideration of transfer requests for Grades 1 to 12
