2.  ALL phone numbers for Queen Mary will remain the same as they are now.

3. Students who are taking the free bus shuttle to Cloverley will be picked up daily at the shelter on Keith Road in front of Queen Mary, and returned to the shelter at the end of the day.

4. As we settle into the Cloverley location, for the most part our bus shuttle system from the Queen Mary site to the Cloverley site has been working quite well.  We are still, from time to time, having children left unsupervised at the Queen Mary drop off location at the end of the day.  While we make every attempt with our bus supervisors, we do require parents to help out.  Our staff ONLY supervises the LOADING of the buses in the morning and afternoon, BUT NOT THE DROP-OFF, other than the drop off of LAST BUS (GREEN) that arrives at Cloverley at approximately 8:56 am, and THE FIRST BUS (GREEN) that arrives at Queen Mary at approximately 3:15 pm.  On all other buses, the students ride unsupervised. 

We do NOT take attendance on the buses, nor do we make sure that students are dismissed to their parent or legal guardian.  When students walk off the bus, it is the parents responsibility to be there waiting for their child, or to have a plan in place for that child to get home safely.

If the bus system is not working for you, we may need to take a look at an alternate arrangement to get your child to and from school.   We are making every attempt to keep the transportation system working smoothly, but please remember, the shuttle bus is a SERVICE that we are providing to assist parents, but the ultimate responsibility to get your child to and from school is yours, as a parent.
