Fill in your order as per online instructions and print out 2 copies one for you to keep and one to send in with your cheque!

The School package has a paper copy of the order form for those that may not have access to a computer. Please, we do encourage you to order on line!

ORDER FORM+CHEQUE(S),( made payable to Handsworth Lunches), may be left in the main office in a tray for the Royal Lunches located on the front counter – AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!!!!
If we receive your cheque attached to a copy of your order form by noon on FRIDAY, September 9th, LUNCHES can be picked up the following week starting TUESDAY, September 13th. Forms received later will have a one week processing time. Please calculate adjusted amount owed if you miss the first week(s)!
Final date for order forms on line or paper of PAID ORDERS is Thursday, September 29th. If you prefer, four equal post-dated cheques dated September 9th, 2011; November 11th, 2011; January 13th, 2012; and April 6th, 2012 may be provided. Please Note any NSF CHEQUES WILL BE CHARGED A $25.00 FEE!!
TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 13TH, 2011 is the first Royals Lunch day!!!!
We will be located across from the Drama classroom, next to the cafeteria (usual location)!
Lunches not picked up by 1:20 will be distributed to various school groups!
This year only siblings will be able to pickup other lunches. ID may be asked for!
No Food delivery on the last day before Winter Break, Friday December 16th, 2011 (It’s a shortened day)!
No food delivery on PRO-D DAY or Holidays!
IMPORTANT....PLEASE DO NOT INCLUDE PAYMENT WITH SCHOOL COURSE FEES!
