School permission and volunteer forms are updated regularly and are available in the office.

All volunteers must complete the Volunteer Application Form and Volunteer Code Form. In addition, if you are driving for a field trip the Volunteer Driving Form must be completed. On the second page of the Volunteer Driving Form there are instructions for completing a Driver's Abstract request which can be faxed to the school 604-903-3431. The Driver's abstract needs to be done every three years.

All other forms need to be done every school year.
