If your child will be absent from school for any reason, please advise us by contacting the callback number (604-903-3435) and leaving a message stating the child's name, teacher and reason for absence.

If your child is absent without notification, a volunteer callback parent will make a call to the home and/or the parent workplace to ensure that the child is safe.

Callback needs your help!

The Dorothy Lynas callback program is in need of volunteers. This is an important safety program which takes relatively little time – approximately one hour at the start of the school day. Volunteers listen to messages regarding absences and check those against the attendance records, ensuring all children are accounted for. Your availability once per month would be hugely appreciated.
