Snow Clearance Volunteers Snow Clearance Volunteers please click here to download the Snow Clearance Volunteer Form In the event of a heavy snowfall the school administration will call on the PAC executive to phone parents to volunteer some time and energy to clear snow at the school. The School District has produced a Snow Clearance Form for all schools that would need to be filled out by volunteer parents before they can start to clear snow at the school (liability reasons). To speed up the process when snow clearance volunteers are needed we have attached the Snow Clearance Volunteer Form for those who are willing to help with the snow clearance.
