The Ministry of Education requires schools to track and report out, every term, on students’ DPA. The recording of the DPA will occur in the homeroom class of each month. (See Schedule below)
- On a regular basis, students will be required to record their daily/ weekly physical activity in their agenda books.
- Once a month, at the monthly homeroom block, teachers will spend 5-10 minutes having the students transfer over their records from the agenda books to their personalized sheets in the blue DPA binders.
- May 29 will be the last opportunity for DPA recording
- For EACH report card, teachers look over the sheets, then report out by comment only whether the students have met or not met the DPA requirements.
