The Balmoral Library Resource Centre:

Assumes the responsibility for providing a multi-media approach to learning by making available a variety of materials to staff and students

Frequently Asked Questions
When is the library open?
Library hours are posted on the Library door.
How do I sign out a book? You can sign out only one book at a time. Bring the book you'd like to sign out to the front counter and we will process it for you.
For how long can I borrow a book? Three weeks - if you need it longer, you can renew it. Reference books or books on reserve can be borrowed for an overnight loan.
What if my book is overdue? No more loans until the book is returned.
What happens if I lose a book?
You will be expected to pay the replacement cost.
Can I eat or drink in the library? No. If you do, you will be asked to leave and will lose library privileges.
Can I listen to a IPOD/MP3 player or play video games in the library?
No. If you do, you will be asked to leave and will lose library privileges.
Can I use the Library Computers for Games and Emailing? Computer use is restricted to school work ONLY. Games, social emailing etc. are not allowed. Students who violate these guidelines will be asked to leave the library.
