Welcome to the First Nations Department Website
Carson Graham's newly developed website of the First Nations Department is to preserve and expand our knowledge about the historic First Nations culture. We hope everyone becomes part of the First Nations culture and traditions, shares and cherishes inspirational experiences with each other.
During our Remembrance Day Ceremony , Canadian and American Soldiers from our Squamish Nations Band were honoured. Chief Ian Campbell addressed the students with a powerful and strong message honouring relatives who protected our communities by volunteering for active service in many different World conflicts. Eagle Song Dancers Performed "Snow Bird" dance while there was a presentation with pictures of Sqamish Nations elders who had served. Special thanks to Chief Ian Campbell, Bob Baker, and Latash Nahanee. See pictures of Eagle Song First Nations Dancers
The site contains information of First Nations courses that are available here at Carson Graham, past and upcoming events, pictures of artwork and events as well as podcasts of our students. Please enjoy your visit!
