| Senior Boys Rugby - 2010 AAA Lower Mainland Champs |

| The Senior Boys Rugby team captured the New Zealand Shield this year by beating St. Georges in the final. They finished fourth at the AAA Provincial Championships, making it 19 consecutive years that they have placed in the top 5!! |
| Junior Boys Rugby - 2009-2010 Vancouver & District Champs |

| The Junior Boys Rugby team claimed the Vancouver and District Championship for 2009-2010. They had an unbelievable undefeated league and playoff season! |
| Senior Girls Rugby - 2009-2010 Provincial AAA Champs |

Congratulations to the Carson Girls Rugby Team on winning their sixth BC Seniors Girls AAA Championship on the weekend. A special congratulations to Balmoral students Jessica Nielson, Karyn Nelson, Kiyomi Bjornson, Arielle Marsel-Mackenzie, Isabel Schlyecher, and Samantha Spooner who represented Balmoral in the Provincials, as well as Karmella Benedito De Barros, Caitlin Bilesky, Brooke-Lyn Billingham, Hailey Boehner, Joel Cheung, Danica Chicquen, Chelsea Forbes, Maddy Kang, Holly Laslo, Taiysha Longley, Jaya Mahal, Tatiana Nixon, Shelby O'Byrne, Nicole Spencer, Amy Russell, Cassie Shepheard and Carolyn Weekes who played in seasonal games and helped get the team to the Provincials. Well done girls!

| The Bantam Rugby Team captured the Vancouver & District Championships for 2009. Forwards and Backs shared in the workload and in the scoring, resulting in a very satisfying win. This is the 13th time that Balmoral has won the Bantam Vancouver & District Trophy. The next nearest school only has 3 wins. Well done boys and coaches.!! |
