PAC Lunch Order Information                                                                                                                             Hot Lunch Is Back! Starting October 13, 2011 the Brooksbank Hot Lunch Committee will be offering hot lunch for students.  Lunch this year will be offered every second Thursday.  Ordering will be quarterly meaning on September 28th ordering will open for hot lunches through December.  No Late orders will be accepted!   How to register :               Go to the Brooksbank website:  http://www.nvsd44.bc.ca/en/SchoolSites/Brooksbank/News/PAC%20Lunch%20Order%20Information.aspx   1.      If you already have an account, click the “Login” button, 2.      If you’re new and need an account, click the “Register” button 3.      Follow the easy steps to “Create my Account” and proceed to “Order Lunch!” 4.      Return anytime by going to: www.munchalunch.com     Ordering details:   Ø      Online ordering will be OPEN from September 28, 2011 to October 5, 2011 Ø      If you need assistance with your lunch ordering, or do not have access to the Internet, please contact the Hot Lunch Committee at brooksbankhotlunch@gmail.com or collect a paper order form from the school office.   Please note if your child is ill on a lunch date, you are welcome to come and pick up their lunch but you must advise us at brooksbankhotlunch@gmail.com  before 12:00 pm.  Consistent with previous years, there are NO REFUNDS as this is a PAC fundraiser.  All payments are due within 10 days of order.  If payment is not received within this time frame your child will not receive their meals on lunch dates.   We are always in need of Volunteers!  There is a volunteer page in the online system where you can checkmark which dates you are available.  The lunch coordinator will then contact you with a proposed schedule.   Our thanks to the Brooksbank parent community for supporting this important fundraiser and to our wonderful Volunteers who help make this program a success!
