District 44's Cross Country season starts ______________. See the schedule below for dates and times of all meets.

Cross-Country Notes:

All meets are a fair drive from Braemar. Therefore students will be released at 14:40 from class to check in with a sponsor then make their way to the meet site. Grade 4s run first at 3:45 followed by gr. 3s.
Course lengths: 1-1.5k. = gr. 3 and 4. Gr.4 to 7 = 2-2.5k.
There will be a pace rabbit for each course.
Each race will start with the lingo - "On your mark-Go" [On the "Go" part - starting wooden clappers will be used]
Braemar students will need to check IN and OUT with their teacher sponsor and/or parent designate.
Students released from class at 2:45 for check IN (near undecover area)
Students need to check OUT with teacher/parent designate before leaving meet site.
Students wishing to run will need to have a completed medical, parent/guardian informed consent, and student awareness of risk forms into the school office before running at the meets.
