Important Notes About DL Registration
To register you must complete the following: 1. activation assignment, 2. registration form (with ID if required). See below for the different registration forms. 3. "Student Acceptable Use of Technology Agreement"
Activation assignments and registration forms can be submitted anytime after April 1, 2010.
You will receive an email confirming that you are registered in your course between September 15 and 30. If you have not received an email by this time, please contact our office at 604-903-3333.

REGISTRATION PROCESS
REGISTRATION FORMS & "STUDENT ACCEPTABLE USE OF TECHNOLOGY AGREEMENT"
Currently Enrolled NVSD 44 Secondary Student registration form - for CURRENT North Vancouver School District 44 students only
Currently Enrolled Non-NVSD 44 Secondary Student registration form - for Out-of-district students (those attending ANY OTHER BC high school, e.g. St. Thomas Aquinas, Sentinel)
Not Currently Enrolled in a BC Secondary School registration form - for Adult students or youth NOT CURRENTLY attending high school
Student Acceptable Use of Technology Agreement form - for ALL students
IDENTIFICATION REQUIRED
NEW STUDENTS (Non-North Vancouver School District) must provide the following two pieces of ID with their registration form:
1. proof of citizenship – birth certificate, passport or permanent resident card 2. proof of residence – e.g. BC Driver’s licence with current address; utility bill, or Rental Agreement. SUBMITTING REGISTRATION FORMS

NOTE: There is NO ONLINE REGISTRATION for Distributed Learning courses.
BOOK DEPOSIT AND COURSE PAYMENT
April 1 - Sept 1 - Accepted forms of payment for book deposits will be Visa or Matercard. This deposit will not be processed until the final stage of registration in September.
After September 7 - We will also accept Interac and cash paid in person at the Lucas Centre.

REGISTRATION DEADLINES The registration deadline for Distributed Learning courses that run from September 2010 - June 2011 is FRIDAY, MARCH 11, 2011.
COURSE WITHDRAWALS
Students wishing to withdraw from any Distributed Learning course must complete a course withdrawal form, available also from the Lucas Centre or your school counsellor. A parent must sign the form if the student is under 19.
Students who have not graduated from high school will be required to meet with our Academic Advisor . Please contact Lucas Centre at (604) 903-3333 to set up an appointment.
Registration for online courses is on-going between September and March 15.
