REGISTRATION PROCESS

REGISTRATION NOTES
TWO Pieces of ID - NEW STUDENTS (non-North Vancouver School District students) must provide the following ID with their registration form:
- proof of citizenship – birth certificate, passport or permanent resident card
- proof of residence – e.g. BC Driver’s licence with current address; utility bill, or Rental Agreement.
Accepted forms of payment for book deposits include Visa or Matercard, Interac, or cash.
There will be NO ONLINE REGISTRATION.
REGISTRATION DEADLINES
The deadline for registration for Distributed Learning courses that run from September 2009 - June 2010 is TUESDAY, MARCH 16, 2010.
COURSE WITHDRAWALS
Students wishing to withdraw from any Distributed Learning course must complete a course withdrawal form available here, or from the Lucas Centre or your school counsellor. A parent must sign the form if the student is under 19. The course teacher needs to complete and sign the form (the form can be taken directly to the teacher if at the student's home school, or brought to the Lucas centre).
Students who have not graduated from high school will be required to consult with the academic advisor (see contact information below).
