All students must pay a refundable $100 book deposit (where applicable). A refund will be issued upon return of textbook in excellent condition. The deposit will not be refunded if the textbook has been damaged in any manner. Textbooks must be returned within two weeks of the completion of your course, OR by June 15, 2012 in order to have your deposit returned. Textbooks paid by credit card will be refunded to the card. Other payment methods will be refunded by cheque. It is the responsibility of the student to ensure their address is current. Please allow 4-6 weeks for processing of cheques. For a speedier refund, we suggest using a credit card.
 

FEE-PAYING STUDENTS

International students and visitors can register for courses provided they have a student visa. Fees and book deposits must be paid at registration as follows: 

4 credit courses - $875 (+ $100 book deposit where applicable)
2 credit courses - $440 (+ $100 book deposit where applicable)

    
REFUNDS & TRANSFERS 

Students wishing to withdraw from a course must complete a course withdrawal form available from the Lucas Centre or here. If the student is under 19 a parent must sign the form. The course teacher needs to complete and sign the form before any refunds can be made.
