Financial Services

The Financial Services Department is responsible for the efficient management of the financial operations of the school district. The department is responsible for the monitoring of the Operating and Capital Budgets once approved by the Board of School Trustees through the implementation of business processes to maintain effective financial controls and support accurate financial reporting. Other financial activities include budget forecasting, payroll services, accounts receivables, accounts payables, and cash management services for the school district.

Procurement Services

The Procurement Services Department is charged with the responsibility of obtaining materials, furniture, equipment and services in a timely manner at the best possible value. In addition, the School District's Procurement Card (P-Card) program is the responsibility of this Department.
